WHY AiM?
AiM(Anatomy in Motion) is a gait-based model of human movement. It is a great modality for examining your movement patterns, which may potentially contribute to discomfort and/or injuries, intervening in those patterns, and allowing your body to restore the movement potential it was designed for. It helps you move away from problems and toward solutions.

WHY POSTURE?
Posture is not just how we look! It reflects how your body balances, moves, and compensates. Addressing posture isn’t about achieving a ‘perfect’ stance but understanding how it impacts your movement and overall well-being. It’s the foundation for improving function, reducing pain, and unlocking your body’s potential. |

Pilates and AiM are both excellent tools for addressing strength, posture, pain, and discomfort. Pilates focuses on building strength, while AiM delves deeper to uncover the root causes of pain and discomfort.
After 20+ years of teaching, I continue to be fascinated by how the body learns, moves, and heals.
I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including dancers, athletes, individuals with back, shoulder, hip, knee, and foot issues, older adults, and those with neurological conditions.
