Pilates & AiM
From ballet to Pilates to AiM
​

I love to move. As a child, I couldn’t sit still in front of the piano, but I would skip dinner to go to dance classes.​
I had a wonderful ballet career, but it led to two knee surgeries and one hip surgery.

​Pilates helped me rebuild strength and manage imbalances, but I was constantly searching for the next step—something to address my body and clients’ unresolved compensation patterns, get to the root cause, and find the best solutions.

​AiM has helped me see my patterns, connect the pieces to the bigger picture, and allow my body to unwind and regain its long-lost freedom. It has been a truly inspiring experience, and I can no longer imagine teaching without AiM. 

​Pilates and AiM are both excellent tools for addressing strength, posture, pain, and discomfort. Pilates focuses on building strength, while AiM delves deeper to uncover the root causes of pain and discomfort.
